One Paddock was established in 2015 by Tim and Rachel Henderson after they decided to leave the city, head to the vines in the Fleurieu Peninsula and refurbish what once was known as the Currency Creek Winery. Rebranded and renovated to become ‘One Paddock’, the pair have transformed the grounds into an idyllic backdrop, perfect for creating long lasting memories.
The installation of a commercial solar system allows the winery to significantly decrease the power bill, creating the ability to supply complete daytime energy requirements for the winery while also having a decreased environmental impact.
